Joint Entrance Test

Candidates desirous of seeking admission to Film & Television Institute of India, Pune (FTII) and Satyajit Ray Film &Television Institute, Kolkata (SRFTI), leading educational Institutions in the art & craft of film making and television production, need to go through a multi-stage selection process which includes written test, audition (for screen acting), orientation and interview which is called the Joint Entrance Test 2023-24.

Minimum Educational Qualification
The minimum educational qualification to be eligible to apply for all courses except 3 Year PG Diploma in Art Direction & Production Design and 3 Year UG Certificate course in Animation and Visual Effects Design is Bachelor Degree or equivalent, in any discipline.

For 3 Year PG Diploma in Art Direction & Production Design and 3 Year UG Certificate course in Animation & Visual Effects Design the eligibility are Bachelor degree in applied arts, architecture, painting, sculpture, interior design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent
