The ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA) Dimapur, in collaboration with the Don Bosco Job Placement Network, successfully organized a one day on Student Level Leadership Training Program at the AIDA, Dimapur.
The training commenced with a brief inaugural session, where Rev. Dr. Fr. Roy George SDB, Executive Director of AIDA, warmly welcomed the participants. In his address, Fr. Roy emphasized the importance of leadership among todays children and youth. He encouraged students to first strive for personal transformation and to take seriously the roles and responsibilities entrusted to them as student leaders. He also introduced the resource persons who would be facilitating the days sessions.
Mr. Sebi Chacko, Regional Coordinator of AIDA JPN Dimapur and the events program coordinator, provided an overview of the days schedule and objectives, setting the tone for an engaging and insightful experience.

• Mr. Joseph Mathew, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, AIDA
• Dr. Bibiana Analungbila, HR Manager, AIDA
• Mr. Sebi Chacko, JPN Project Coordinator, AIDA
Training topics included Leadership on Fundamentals; Time Management & Organization; Team Building & Collaboration; and Communication Skills, delivered through interactive and practical sessions. With over 150 participants of Class monitor, House Captains, Student leaders of Classes 5 to 10 from Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Dimapur; Holy Cross Hr. Sec. School, Dimapur; Don Bosco High School, Zubza ; Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Kohima and Christ King Hr. Sec. School, Kohima.
The event proved to be a vibrant and enriching experience aimed at equipping young leaders with essential skills to lead effectively within their school communities.
The program concluded with a feedback session, during which participants shared their experiences and expressed appreciation for the opportunity to enhance their leadership abilities. The positive feedback reinforced the impact and relevance of such initiatives in fostering responsible, confident, and capable student leaders.
