Job Readiness Programme at Don Bosco Vazhikaatti - Broadway

Don Bosco Vazhikaatti – Broadway organized a Job Readiness Programme at its training center in Chennai to equip young job seekers with the necessary skills and tools for successful employment. The session was led by Ms. Arularasi, Job Placement Coordinator of the Don Bosco Job Placement Network - JPN, Chennai. The programme aimed to enhance awareness among participants about employment opportunities and help them take the first step in their professional journeys.

During the session, Ms. Arularasi introduced the students to the JPN Portal and JOBS DBI mobile app, guiding them on how to register, search for jobs, and apply directly to recruiters. She explained the various services offered by Don Bosco JPN, including career guidance, interview preparation, and skill-based training. As part of the onboarding, all 54 students successfully registered on the JOBS DBI platform, gaining access to a wide network of recruiters and job openings across industries.

The program also featured practical skill training, including sessions on communication, workplace etiquette, and interview readiness. The students expressed appreciation for the hands-on training and digital onboarding experience.
