The 9th Annual HR Summit, organized by Don Bosco Vazhikaatti, Trichy, took place at Don Bosco School of Excellence, Coimbatore, bringing together industry leaders and HR professionals to address the evolving job market and the industry needs in 2025.

A key session was the Chief Guest Address on Migrant Job Seekers, delivered by Rev. Fr. Felix SDB, Rector & Director of DB Nest, Tirupur. He spoke about the challenges faced by migrants in securing employment and the need for structured support to help them integrate into the workforce. The highlight of the evening was an interactive talk by HR experts on the theme Present Youth & Industry Expectations.
