AIDA - Career Guidance and Job Placement Services, Dimapur, organized a Career Guidance Program for school children at Riverine Public Higher Secondary School, Chumoukedima, Nagaland. The event aimed to inspire students to set clear career goals and guide them in making informed decisions for their futures.
The program featured an insightful goal-setting presentation led by the JPN Coordinator, followed by an uplifting motivational session conducted by Mr. Joachim P.M., Coordinator of AIDA. Mr. Sebi Chacko, the Placement Coordinator for JPN, provided detailed career guidance, discussing the various opportunities within the Science, Arts & Humanities, Commerce, and Common Courses streams. His session helped students gain a deeper understanding of the diverse academic and professional paths they could pursue, enabling them to make well-informed choices about their futures.
More than 60 students participated, benefiting from expert insights and encouragement to shape their career aspirations. This initiative is part of AIDA ongoing commitment to empowering students, enabling them to explore new opportunities and build a strong foundation for their professional futures.
