Career Guidance Programme at Nava Jeevan Bala Bhavan, Vijayawada

On 18th January 2025, Dhisha Career Guidance and Job Placement Services, Vijayawada, organized a Career Guidance Programme at Nava Jeevan Bala Bhavan, Vijayawada. The session was led by Rev. Fr. Jeevan, SDB, Director of Dhisha Vijayawada, and Mr. Sagar, Placement Coordinator. The event provided a comprehensive overview of the various career streams available to students after completing their 10th and 12th grades. Topics covered included opportunities in Science (such as Engineering, Medicine, and Research), Commerce (Business, Accounting, and Economics), Arts/Humanities (Literature, History, and Social Sciences), and Vocational Courses (focused on practical skills and job-ready training). The session also included an important segment on Goal Setting, helping students understand how to set clear career objectives.

A total of 52 students from 10th and 12th grades participated in the event and gained valuable insights that will guide them in making informed career decisions. The program was well-received by the students, who appreciated the detailed information shared by the speakers and the opportunity to explore various career options. The session proved beneficial in helping students gain clarity on their future paths and equipped them with the tools to set and achieve their career goals.
