Industrial Visit at Coimbatore Region

On January 10, 2025, Mr. Arumairaj, Placement Coordinator of Don Bosco Vazhikaatti, Trichy, and Mr. Harish, Programme Coordinator of Don Bosco Job Placement Network, India, conducted an industrial visit in the Coimbatore region. The visit aimed to strengthen ties with industries, promote collaboration, and explore job opportunities for aspiring candidates. They engaged with HR managers from 12 industries, discussing recruitment needs, company expectations, and potential partnerships. The coordinators collected information on the latest job vacancies and extended invitations for upcoming job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in interviews. Impressively, five of these industries were newly approached, and the recruiters were introduced to the JPN app and website. They elaborated on its user-friendly interface, recruitment services, and how it facilitates efficient hiring. This proactive effort not only reinforced relationships with existing recruiters but also established new connections, paving the way for enhanced opportunities in the future. Such initiatives reflect the commitment of Don Bosco network to bridging the gap between employers and job seekers.
