Job Fair at Don Bosco Degree College, Narisipatnam, Andhra Pradesh

On the 19th of July, 2024, Dhisha Don Bosco held a vibrant job fair at Don Bosco Degree College in Narisipatnam, Visakhapatnam. During the event Fr. Justin, highlighted the importance of job placement services in assisting young people to find their career paths. The job fair was inaugurated by Fr. Benny, Fr. Uppendra and Fr. Selva Raj. A diverse group of 7 companies took part in the fair, offering a range of job opportunities across various sectors. These companies were eager to meet with and evaluate the local talent. 314 Job Seekers participated in the event. After a day of interviews and interactions, 108 candidates received job offers from the companies. This success rate is a testament to the quality of the candidates and the opportunities provided by the companies and the intervention of the Disha Job placement services. The collaboration between the college, the companies, and the job seekers created an event that was beneficial for all. The selected candidates now have a fantastic opportunity to start their professional journeys aiming towards a better livelihood.
