HR Meet in Collaboration with Kerala District Employment Office and CII held At Hyderabad, Telengana

The Don Bosco Job Placement Network actively took part in a workshop organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry and Employers Federation of India held at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad. The workshop centered around the theme of "Navigating the Knowledge Economy: Leveraging Digital Solutions for a Future-Ready Workforce." The discussions focused on harnessing a productive talent pool from Kerala for the Indian industry, transforming human resource management and industrial relations through technology and AI, and creating an enabling ecosystem to increase women participation in the workforce. Additionally, there were insightful discussions with Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioners on Provident Fund matters. The workshop featured numerous moderators and panelists from various companies who elaborated on and explored these crucial topics. The event attracted the participation of 35 HR managers from different companies.
