Job Fair at Don Bosco Professional Academy, Hospet

On the 29th of August 2023, the Don Bosco Job Placement Network and Don Bosco Professional Academy in Hospet collaborated to organize a highly successful Job Fair at the premises of Don Bosco Professional Academy. The event was inaugurated by Fr. Roshan Desa SDB, the Rector and Manager of Don Bosco Salesian Society Hospet, whose inspiring message motivated the young job seekers in attendance. The inauguration was jointly conducted by Fr. Arun George, the Principal of Don Bosco Professional Academy, Hospet, and Fr. Mariya Praveen, the Principal of Don Bosco School, Hospet. The event garnered participation from prominent companies, including Quess Corp and Collman Private Limited, both of which brought 98 diverse job opportunities to the fair. Through rigorous interviews and evaluations, a total of 48 candidates were successfully recruited from the pool of attendees. Notably, 42 out of these newly recruited candidates secured job placements. The success of this event was greatly attributed to the meticulous coordination efforts of several key individuals. Mr. Jayaraj, an expert in Communicative English Training and ITES, played a crucial role, as did Ms. Saraswathi, a skilled Domain Trainer specializing in Domestic Data Entry. Mr. Ramesh, a dedicated Community Mobilizer, and Mrs. Lakshmi D, an adept Domain Trainer in Customer Care Executive skills, contributed significantly to the events smooth execution. Additionally, Mr. Mounesh, a dedicated volunteer hailing from Bangalore, and Mr. Dinakaran, the Placement Coordinator of the Don Bosco Job Placement Network, played pivotal roles in coordinating the various aspects of the fair. Special recognition goes to Fr. Deepu SDB, Fr. Gabriel SDB, the Director of Don Bosco Job Placement Network, and Mr. John Martin, the Program Manager, for their unwavering support and invaluable guidance throughout the planning and execution phases of the event. Their collective efforts were instrumental in ensuring the events success.
