Empowering Future Professionals: Employability Skill Training at Don Bosco ITI, Amsam

Don Bosco ITI, Lalgudi, Don Bosco Job Placement Network, and Don Bosco Vazhikaatti, Trichy, joined forces to conduct a highly successful Employability Skill Training on July 18, 2023. The training aimed to equip 60 final year students with essential skills to enhance their employability prospects. The program covered interview techniques, work culture understanding, and motivation to navigate the job search process. Thanks to the efforts of Mr. Arumairaj, Senior Coordinator of Don Bosco Job Placement Network, India, the participants gained valuable insights, boosting their confidence and readiness for the job market, and preparing them for personal and career growth.
