Employability Skill Training at Don Bosco Polytechnic College, Kazhiappanallur

Don Bosco Vazhikaatti Career Guidance and Job Placement Services, Trichy, successfully organized an Employability Skill Training program at Don Bosco Polytechnic College, Kazhiappanallur, Tharagambadi, Mayiladuthurai, for the final year students. The training aimed to equip students with essential job readiness skills and industry insights to enhance their employability.

A total of 110 job seekers actively participated in the training session. Rev. Fr. Prince SDB, Dean, warmly welcomed the gathering, and Bro. Velankanni efficiently coordinated the event.

Key Sessions and Facilitators:

• Resume Building and Interview Techniques Conducted by Mr. Christhu Michael Raja, Career Guidance Coordinator, who also organized Mock Interviews to help students gain real-time interview experience.
• Current Job Market Trends and Opportunities Led by Mr. Arumairaj, Senior Placement Coordinator, who provided valuable insights into the current labor market and job vacancies available for fresh graduates.
