Job Readiness Programme at DB Best Academy, Bangalore

BREADS  Career Guidance and Job Placement Services, Bangalore, successfully conducted a Job Readiness Programme at DB Best Academy, Bangalore. The session was led by Mr. Ambrose, Placement Coordinator of JPN Bangalore, with the enthusiastic participation of 50 students.

The programme focused on equipping students with essential employability skills, including:
1. Resume Building Crafting impactful resumes to enhance job prospects.
2. Workplace Ethics Understanding professional conduct and integrity.
3. Time Management  Enhancing productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
4. Career Development  Exploring opportunities for long-term professional growth.

As a significant outcome, all participants have been successfully onboarded to the JPN Portal, ensuring continued access to learning resources, career guidance, and job placement support. With this training, participants are now well-prepared to enter the job market and secure employment opportunities.
