HR Summit and Workshop on Disability Inclusion at Dr. Reddys Foundation, Guwahati

The Disability and Inclusion Workshop, organized by Dr. Reddys Foundation, Guwahati, in collaboration with MSME PwD, highlighted the importance of creating inclusive employment opportunities for differently-abled individuals across various sectors. Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, participants explored strategies to enhance accessibility and workplace integration for persons with disabilities.

Don Bosco Job Placement Network, Northeast, actively contributed by sharing insights and reaffirming its commitment to fostering regional job opportunities for differently-abled candidates. Represented by Fr. Ignatius SDB, Associate Director of BRO, and Mr. Sebi Chacko, AIDA-JPN Coordinator, the team engaged with multiple recruiters, emphasizing the network’s role in bridging employment gaps and providing structured career support.

Additionally, the JPN App was introduced, showcasing its features and how it streamlines the job search and placement process for job seekers, including persons with disabilities.
