Employability Skill Training at Government ITI, Simdega

Don Bosco Career Guidance and Job Placement Services, Ranchi, organized an Employability Skill Training session at Government ITI, Simdega, on 10th December 2024. The session was led by Mr. Marcus Minj, Senior Placement Coordinator, who shared his expertise with the participants. The training focused on two critical aspects of career preparation: Resume Building and Interview Techniques. Students were guided on how to craft professional resumes that effectively highlight their skills and achievements, making them stand out to potential employers. The session also provided valuable insights into mastering interview techniques, equipping participants with the confidence and skills needed to excel in job interviews.
