Job Fair at PARA Campus in Ravulapalem, DR. BR. Ambedkar konaseema District

On October 25, 2024, Dhisha Career Guidance and Job Placement Services from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, organized a job fair at PARA Campus in Ravulapalem, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District. The event was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Jeevan SDB, the Director of Dhisha in Vijayawada, who warmly welcomed attendees. Fr. Thomas SDB, Rector of PARA, delivered an inspiring speech, and Fr. Justin SDB, Director of Dhisha in Hyderabad, introduced Dhisha, the Job Placement Network (JPN), and the purpose of the job fair. Fr. Simha Rayalu, the Administrator, was also present. Rev. Fr. Jeevan SDB coordinated the event, with additional support from Mr. Karthick, Mr. Sagar, and PARA staff. A total of 108 job seekers had pre-registered, with 49 additional walk-ins on the day. Nine recruiters participated, offering 126 job opportunities. By the end of the fair, 63 candidates were selected, and 24 were placed on hold. Organizers expressed appreciation to Fr. Sarath SDB, Director of Bosco Seva Kendra (BSK), Fr. Gabriel SDB, Director of JPN, and Mr. John Martin and Mr.Harish, JPN Program Manager, for their ongoing support and guidance.
