On September 10, 2024, Don Bosco Degree College in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, hosted a valuable session titled "Employability Skill Training and Motivational Workshop," organized by Fr. Justin, Ivan Vaz, and T. Karthik. The event aimed to empower students with essential skills and motivation, attracting 90 students, along with the college principal and four staff members. The session began with a warm introduction from Fr. Thomas Aquinas, who introduced Fr. Justin, known for his engaging talks on personal development and employability skills. Fr. Justin’s presentation focused on crucial aspects of personal and professional growth, including changing negative behaviors, setting clear and achievable goals, and maintaining discipline. Fr.
