Career Guidance at St. Alphonsa Church, Borlengri, Assam

On July 21, 2024, the AIDA – Don Bosco Job Placement Network (JPN) organized a career guidance session in collaboration with St. Alphonsa Church in Borlengri, Assam. The session, led by Mr. Sebi Chacko, JPN coordinator for ADIA, aimed to educate and engage participants about the career-building process and the significance of education. Fifteen youths attended the session, where they were informed about various educational courses available after matriculation and higher secondary education. For those preparing to graduate, different career opportunities were introduced. During the interactive segment, participants shared their concerns and the challenges they currently face. The session concluded with a discussion addressing their questions and a commitment to conduct more such activities in the future. Special thanks were extended to Sr. Jisha Joseph, Youth Animator at St. Alphonsa Church, for organizing the event and providing essential support.
