Don Bosco Job Placement Network (DB JPN) organized a three-day staff capacitating event from June 18 to June 20, 2024, at Don Bosco SPCI in Delhi. The event aimed to enhance staff skills in delivering effective career guidance, emphasizing collaboration, innovative educational programs, and community impact. Regional Coordinators from Bengaluru, Dimapur, Guwahati, Ranchi, and Trichy participated, guided by Mr. John Martin and Mr. Harish, Programme Managers of DB JPN. Fr. Gabriel Karunaraj SDB, National Director of JPN, underscored the events importance in empowering staff to assist youth in their career paths. Fr. Francis Bosco S.D.B, Director of Don Bosco for Migrants (DB4M), discussed socio-economic transformations and migrant issues, highlighting advocacy efforts and migrant schemes. Regional Coordinators presented their annual reports and plans. Fr. Gabriel recommended collaboration with local entities for job placement initiatives. Mr. Inderjeet from Tejas Eduskill presented an education program integrating internships with studies and a Multiple Intelligence Test for career guidance. Rev. Fr.
