AIDA - JPN organized an Employability Skill Training program for students of Don Bosco Technical School in Shillong, Meghalaya, with the goal of enhancing their job readiness and awareness while also providing insights into relocation strategies essential for job identification. The students engaged in hands-on learning by tackling real-time challenges and problems related to relocation. This awareness program addressed a pressing need and was attended by over 80 participants. Facilitated by Mr. Sebi Chacko, the AIDA - JPN Dimapur coordinator, and assisted by Mr. Braenzil Dimary, coordinator of BRO - JPN, Guwahati, the session proved to be highly beneficial for the attendees.
