HR Meet organised by Don Bosco Vazhikaatti Chennai

Don Bosco Vazhikaati in Chennai hosted an HR Meet cum workshop at Don Bosco Arts and Science College, Kilpauk, Chennai on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Reverend Father Don Bosco SDB, Provincial of Salesian Chennai Province, Chennai, was the Chief Guest and delivered enlightening remarks. Reverend Father Rajkumar SDB, Rector of Provincial House, Chennai, served as the Guest of Honour, sharing insights on the job market. Mr. Mark Antony, CEO of MAESTRO HR PVT LTD - India, contextualized the event around the theme "Reforming Industry By Transforming the Youth". Professor Hermon Carduz, Guinness Record Holder and renowned Body Language Trainer, moderated the event. The panelists included Dr. Geetha Das, Principal of Patrician College; Rev.Fr. Gabriel Karunairaj SDB, National Director of Don Bosco Job Placement Network, India; Mr. Kirthivasan, HR Manager at MMC Infotech; Ms. Lavanya Soman, Founder & Director of Straight Circle; Mr. Micheal Jawahar, Director of XPO HR; Ms. Alphia Anita, Programme Coordinator at Quess Alliance; and Mr. Vinod, Director of Luke Digitz Pvt Ltd. They engaged in fruitful discussions centered on the theme, providing valuable insights. The event saw participation from 35 HR managers representing various companies and 5 college placement officers. Vazhikaati also established Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with colleges and companies as part of the event.
