CII HR Conclave at Westin, Hyderabad

The Confederation of Indian Industry in Telangana hosted an HR Conclave at the Westin hotel in Hyderabad. Over 100 HR professionals, managers, CEOs, directors, and managing directors participated in the event. Upon receiving the invitation, Mr. Stephen, the Placement Coordinator of JPN in Hyderabad, and Mrs. Roslyne, the Coordinator of BSK in Hyderabad, attended. The focus of the conclave was on fostering people-centric business alliances through technology and culture. Key sessions included discussions on the latest HR trends, Indian ethos in leadership and management, leveraging HR technology while maintaining a human touch through AI & ML, ESG considerations in HR and DEI strategies, and the role of employers in promoting employee wellbeing, both physically and mentally.
