Job Fair at Ranchi regional center with Purohit Conveyor Belting PVT LTD

On January 27, 2024, JPN Ranchi organized a Mini Job Fair at its center specifically for Purohit Conveyor Belting PVT LTD. A total of 12 job seekers participated in the event, and out of them, 6 were shortlisted and offered positions through official offer letters. The recruitment process was facilitated by Mr. Arun Kumar, the HR Manager from Purohit. To ensure a smooth transition for the newly hired candidates, Mr. Marcus Minj, Senior Placement Coordinator, visited the company on January 29, 2024. His purpose was to oversee the job seekers joining formalities and to ensure the fulfillment of social security benefits such as ESI and PF for the candidates.
