Three days staff capacity building organized at Don Bosco Provincial House, Hyderabad, by Don Bosco Job Placement Network, India, from 21.08.2023 to 23.08.2023. Mr. Stephen welcomed the esteemed individuals, including Fr. Joji SDB, the youth director of Hyderabad province, Fr. Sarath SDB Director of Bosco Seva Kendra Hyderabad, Fr. Gabriel SDB Director Don Bosco Job Placement Network, Mr. Anto Varghese resource person , Fr. Sleevaraj SDB youth director of Vishakhapatnam, and Mr. John Martin program manager of Don Bosco Job Placement Network. The event began with a ceremonial lamp lighting symbolizing new beginnings. Fr. Sarath SDB emphasized the Salesian congregations mission of guiding young individuals in life choices. Fr. Joji highlighted the importance of the Don Bosco Job Placement Networks work in addressing youth job uncertainties. Fr. Gabriel stressed the joy and fulfillment that employment brings to families. Participants introduced themselves, fostering a sense of community. Mr. John Martin extended gratitude as the event concluded. Regional Coordinators and Volunteers from Delhi, Ranchi, Guwahati, Dimapur, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Trichy and Shillong participated. Fr. Mr. Anto discussed the importance of career guidance and awareness for children. Fr. Gabriel covered job sectors and schemes like NAPS and NEEM. Mr. Anto focused on employability skills, interview techniques, and resume building. Mr. John Martin explained the DB Jobs app and website, followed by a practical session for participants. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, showcasing the events success.
