"Successful On-Campus Recruitment Drive by Don Bosco JPN: Nurturing Opportunities in Ranchi"

Don Bosco JPN in Ranchi orchestrated an on-campus recruitment event at its regional center in Ranchi on 19.08.2023. This event was organized under the supervision of Mr. Ranjith Matheew, the HR Manager in charge of recruitment activities. A total of 75 job seekers enthusiastically participated in the drive, from which 60 potential candidates were shortlisted for further assessment. Ultimately, 50 individuals were successfully selected to advance through the drive. The sincere appreciation goes to Fr. Gabriel SDB, Don Bosco Job Placement Network in India, and Fr. Punit Kujur SDB for their indispensable assistance and guidance provided. This initiative played a pivotal role in streamlining the recruitment process for both employers and ambitious job seekers. The orchestration of this drive was skillfully overseen by Mr. Marcus Minj, the Senior Coordinator of Don Bosco JPN.
