HR Summit at Palakkad, Kerala

Kudumbashree District Mission, Palakkad, in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM), DDUGKY, and Don Bosco Job Placement Network (JPN), organized an HR Conclave on December 21, 2024, at Hotel Top in Town, Palakkad, Kerala. The event witnessed the participation of 52 recruiters from 24 companies. Shri. N. Unnikrishnan, Assistant Coordinator of Kudumbashree Mission, Palakkad, welcomed the gathering. The event was inaugurated by Mrs. Binumol K, Honorable District Panchayat President, Palakkad. Shri. Adarsh Mohan, Placement and Recruitment Manager of CII, Kerala, delivered a felicitation address, emphasizing the importance of collaboration for enhancing employability. Ms. Priyanka, District Programme Manager of DDUGKY, presented the theme of the conclave, while Mr. Appu, State Programme Manager of KKEM, provided an overview of the DWMS portal and the Kerala government’s vision for youth skill development and placements. An interactive session on "Happiness with High Performance of Job Seekers" was conducted by Mr. Mohammed Mithilaj, Sales and Marketing Strategist. He engaged the recruiters in a discussion on improving job-seeker performance and satisfaction. Mr. Harish, Programme Coordinator of Don Bosco Job Placement Network, India, explained JPN services, including the Jobs DBI application and portal, highlighting collaborations with the NCS, Employment Exchange, CII, Kudumbashree, and the Kerala government. He addressed recruiters queries and extended gratitude to Kudumbashree and CII for the opportunity to participate. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Faizal, District Programme Manager of KKEM, who appreciated the efforts of all collaborators and participants.
