BEST Employability Skill Training - Don Bosco College Yellagiri Hills.

Don Bosco Vazhikaatti, Chennai, in collaboration with Don Bosco College of Arts and Science, Yelagiri, jointly conducted a Two Days Employability Skill Training, Awareness on Career Guidance and Job Placement Network from November 29, 2023, to November 30, 2023. The session was facilitated by Mr. John Martin, the Program Manager of Don Bosco Job Placement Network, India, along with Mr. Arumairaj, Placement Coordinator from Vazhikaatti in Trichy, and Mr. Leo Levin, Mr. Stephen, and Mr. Prem from Vazhikaatti in Chennai, who engaged the UG Final year students. The event covered various aspects such as Motivation, Post graduation prospects, Branding, Management, Core Professional Skills, Interview Techniques, Grooming skills, and information about the Job Placement Network (JPN). A total of 315 students actively participated and raised several questions, which were addressed by the animators. Additionally, 315 students downloaded the Jobs DBI application and registered as job seekers. The college management expressed their gratitude to Vazhikaatti and JPN for their valuable services and unwavering commitment. Special thanks were extended to Don Bosco College in Yelagiri for inviting Vazhikaatti from Chennai and JPN to enlighten and guide their students.
